Since February 2023 we have been bringing smash burgers to your door, and you can also collect them in San Vicente del Raspeig at our pickup space. We specialise in delivery, without forgetting people who prefer to take their order with them, and we designed a space that combines technology and style.
The façade is a nod to the future: a shop window that recreates our logo as if it were a fashion boutique, with a modern look that stands out. We have also added an interactive QR code so you can order quickly and easily.
Our aim is to refine this model, and these systems, so we can take them to other towns.
A student location
We chose to set up opposite the University of Alicante because we wanted to be close to our main audience: young people. We are on a high-visibility street, ideal both for students and for cars travelling between San Vicente and Alicante. With this strategic location we want a convenient, fast option for anyone looking to enjoy our smash burgers, whether they collect them on the way or have them delivered home.
A young team
At Umbrella San Vicente del Raspeig we have built a young, dynamic team, largely made up of students. We offer flexible options that let them combine their studies with work, supporting their personal and professional development and giving many people their first job. We are committed to social responsibility, providing work opportunities to the university community and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented environment. A fast, technology-led model
We have introduced software across every area to speed up the customer experience and improve operations. We have systems that let people order quickly and efficiently, both in the online store and in the restaurant. We have also implemented a management system that channels every online order, so we can increase execution speed and make sure each burger arrives in the right condition. With these technological innovations we want a modern, smooth experience for every customer.
Grant
To consolidate the business project, we applied for a grant of €11,960.44. This is part of our business commitment and our aim to keep giving customers the best quality.
